BILLING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Your bill is partially based on the amount of water you use. The District obtains monthly water consumption for its customers from the following:

  • City of Wheaton water billings
  • Village of Carol Stream water billings
  • Village of Glen Ellyn water billings
  • Illinois American Water water billings
  • Private Wells reading collected by the District

    Bill Payment Methods offered by Wheaton Sanitary District are:

  • US Mail (PO Box 1389, Wheaton, IL 60187)
  • Through your personal online banking service
  • In person, at the District Offices
  • In person at the following locations, with cash or check to:

    • West Suburban Bank 221 South West Street - Wheaton
    • West Suburban Bank 295 West Loop Road - Wheaton
    • West Suburban Bank 879 East Geneva Road - Carol Stream
  • Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card Online


  • You may also pay your bill by calling the office (630-668-1515) with a $5 additional fee, using your Master Card, Visa Card, or Discover Card.


    WHEATON SANITARY DISTRICT E-PAY INFORMATION


    Wheaton Sanitary District Electronic Pay Service provides District customers the option to pay their sewer bills via the internet. This reliable, secure and FREE service allows users to:
    • Pay their monthly sewer bills with a credit or debit card
    • Automatically pay their monthly sewer bills using a checking or savings account through the ACH Bank Debit Program
    • Receive sewer bills via e-mail
    • Review billing history for up to 18 months
    • Email billing questions to the Billing Department

    Whether you are a new or existing E-Pay customer, after December 21, 2012, ALL customers who want E-Pay service MUST sign up once using informaton on their MOST CURRENT INVOICE. Once a user name and password have been sucessfully established, you may continue to log in using that infomation to access E-Pay services.     Past Dues
    The District uses several methods to collect on past due accounts. The account may be turned over to a collection agency, or a lien may be filed against the property. For seriously delinquent accounts, water service may be terminated or the sewer connection may be plugged. Please see the back of your bill for additional information on these collection procedures.

    Selling Your Property?
    If you are planning to sell your property, please be sure that you, or your attorney, contact the District for a final bill to ensure that charges through the closing date are properly allocated. Complete informaton must be provided more than three business days in advance or a fee will be added to the final amount due.
