Whether you are a new or existing E-Pay customer, after December 21, 2012, ALL customers who want E-Pay service MUST sign up once using informaton on their MOST CURRENT INVOICE. Once a user name and password have been sucessfully established, you may continue to log in using that infomation to access E-Pay services. The District uses several methods to collect on past due accounts. The account may be turned over to a collection agency, or a lien may be filed against the property. For seriously delinquent accounts, water service may be terminated or the sewer connection may be plugged. Please see the back of your bill for additional information on these collection procedures.
Selling Your Property?
If you are planning to sell your property, please be sure that you, or your attorney, contact the District, in writing, for a final bill to ensure that charges through the closing date are properly allocated. Complete informaton (contact person; contact person's phone, fax, and email; property address; seller's full name [s]; closing date; and purchaser's full name[s]), preferably on letterhead, must be provided more than three business days in advance of the closing date or a fee will be added to the final amount due.
